NEW ACCOUNT: Prepaid or Credit cards only ( see Credit Card Authorization Form ).
Open terms for reordering upon credit approval, minimum 3 Trade and Bank References and State Resale No. are required for credit application ( see Credit Application Form ). Minimum order amount $500 net for credit checking.
PRICING: Prices are FOB Wandix New Jersey warehouse, and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices in effect at time of order acceptance shall apply.
Wandix reserves the right to cancel Backorders unless customer specifies otherwise.
No price discount will apply to past due invoices.
FREIGHT: Ship prepaid ...freight charges will be added to customer invoices. or
Ship collect .....customer pay freight to shipping carrier directly. Allowance pre-approved by Wandix may be deducted from invoices when payment is made within due date.
No allowances apply to past due invoices.
PAYMENT: Orders approved for open term are payable Net 30 Days unless approved by Wandix for extended terms. A 1.5% service charge per month ( 18% per annum, minimum $10 per month ) will be made for each past due invoice.
A $30 Service Charge will be charged for each returned customer check.
Customers agree to pay collection costs on past due invoices.
RETURNS: Please make shipping claims directly to the carrier and notify Wandix within 3 working days for assistances. No returns except manufacturer's defects will be accepted. All returns must have an authorization number assigned by Wandix.
A 20% warehouse re-stocking fee ( minimum $15 ) for each authorized return.
All unauthorized returns or return merchandises shipped over 30 days will not be accepted.
